Financial Inclusion

Zero-Balance Banking Drive

We motivated over 400 slum dwellers and BPL women in Jamshedpur areas (Chhayanagar, Chandinagar, Debnagar) to open savings accounts with Canara Bank to enhance savings habits.

Health & Social Awareness

Chhau Nukkad Ballet Campaign

Using traditional Chhau street plays to spread Leprosy treatment awareness and combat social stigma. Nippon Foundation Chairman, Sasakawa, highly appreciated this direct-impact design.

Justice & Empowerment

Slum Free Legal Aid Camps

Organized free legal camps in Baridih Bastee and Bhalubasa slum settlements in East Singhbhum, where Judicial Magistrates addressed and educated the poverty-stricken community on rights.

Child Welfare

Slum Cleanliness & Plantation

Organized youth painting and debate contests in East Singhbhum combined with clean-up and environmental plantation drives, engaging local children and teachers inside target slum segments.

Career Counseling

Rural Youth Advocacy in Singhpura

Conducted specialized career guidance camps in remote tribal blocks of Gurabanda to motivate and redirect youth toward professional growth and career pathways.

Vocational Training

Project ANCHAL Placement

Under Project Anchal, we surveyed and adopted 12 key slums out of 107. The vocational training center was inaugurated by CSWB Chair Dr. Pratibha Pandey, securing placement support from local industries.
